An estimated 80,000 children suffer from homelessness, hunger, and risk on the streets of New Delhi, India. Some of the most vulnerable of these street children are orphaned and have disabilities, and have nowhere to turn from extreme poverty and suffering. There is inadequate governmental services and care organizations for these vulnerable children, and they are often left to fend for themselves, with high risk of starvation, neglect, exploit, and harm.
